Shipping
Shipments in the continental United States will be shipped FOB Destination. Free shipping is provided for most online orders of $150 or more in the continental United States. Customers with Net Terms & Custom Pricing Catalog are not eligible for free freight, shipping cost will be added to invoice.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped FOB Shipping Point. Outside the contiguous United States will be charged applicable shipping and handling rates based on estimated package weight, package dimensions, and surcharges. All shipments outside of the US and its territories will be shipped tariffs and/or taxes collect.
Tier 1 Volume Discount
Save 5% on online orders of $500-$750. Savings automatically applied at checkout, cannot be combined with other volume discounts.
Tier 2 Volume Discount
Save 7% on online orders of $751-$999. Savings automatically applied at checkout, cannot be combined with other volume discounts.
Tier 3 Volume Discount
Save 10% on online orders of $1000 or more. Savings automatically applied at checkout, cannot be combined with other volume discounts.

Backorders
Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately from our warehouse once received from the manufacturer.
Damage/Shortage Claims
Buyer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortages. If damage has occurred, please note damage on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately.
Product Pricing
Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are confirmed at time of order placement.
Confirming Purchase Orders
Confirming purchase orders is not necessary. If you must, mail a confirmation purchase order clearly marked “CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE ORDER” to avoid duplication of order.
Terms
Net 30 Days available to accounts with established credit. Open account is available to qualified customers. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Customers with Net Terms and Custom Pricing Catalog are not eligible for free freight or volume discount, shipping cost will be added to invoice.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to add applicable sales tax to all orders. If you are exempt please submit your tax exemption certificate.
Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please call or email our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions prior to return. Special order items and custom imprinted products are non-returnable unless there is a defect in quality or workmanship. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless arranged in advance. NO C.O.D. shipments accepted. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge back if not in saleable condition. All orders may be subject to a restocking fee if cancelled after shipment except if a product is damaged in shipping or defects that render it un-saleable.
Limited Warranty
All products found on Safety & Packaging Sales online store have been manufactured by other parties. These products may be warranted by their respective manufacturer against defects in workmanship and materials that arise during normal use. There may be a limited term to any of these manufacturers’ warranties, and these warranties may be invalidated by any misuse of the products.
Determining the adequacy of any product for any intended purpose is solely the responsibility of the Buyer. In making that determination, the Buyer has not relied upon any warranty or representation made by any representative of Safety & Packaging Sales. We do not recognize the authority of any agent, employee or representative of Safety & Packaging Sales to bind us to any representation, affirmation of fact of warranty, expressed or implied. No warranty shall be created by any statement made on the website for the advertisement of promotion of any product. Safety & Packaging Sales makes no warranties of any kind. Any and all warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed by Safety & Packaging Sales. Any claims for consequential or incidental damages arising out of or connected to the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of the product found on this online store shall in no event be Safety & Packaging Sales liability. In all events, Safety & Packaging Sales, liability shall be limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price for the product by the Buyer.
